At Big Agnes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
